Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service(s). This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without a phone call or text to me that will be considered a no call no show and will also incur a no call no show fee of 20% of the scheduled service(s). This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
